本文论述了一种使用运算放大器等模拟器件构成精度较好的温控系统
采用的是可加热可制冷的双向控温方式。该系统利用惠斯通电桥和热敏电阻来感应被控对象的温度变化。将电桥的输出放大处理后送入比例积分调节电路
在手动设定好比例
积分参数的前提下
比例积分调节电路输出控制电流进入乙类推挽功放进行功率放大
最终由半导体制冷片来完成对被控对象的加热或制冷。为求直观
系统增加了仪表来显示控温程度。经测定
系统的控温效果可达±0.1℃。
