摘要 | Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is the worldwide standard of time, and UTC (k) is its physical implementation by any participating laboratory k. We describe a one-way real-time time service system that relies on GNSS to provide a realization UTC (NTSC) of China's National Time Service Center, to a precision of sub-nanosecond. The system is inexpensive, easy to implement, and has been tested. |
