Stability analysis of a time scale algorithm

摘要The principles of ALGOS atomic time algorithm of the Time and Frequency Division of International Bureau of Metrology are introduced, and a new time scale algorithm based on wavelet decomposition is proposed. With the new algorithm it is possible to extract the different stabilities of the atomic clock in various frequency ranges. As shown by experimental results, the atomic time given by this wavelet-based algorithm is more stable than those given by the existing algorithms.
